MCET signed an MoU with Altair in 2009 to set up this centre, giving students hands-on exposure to industrial-grade simulation and optimization tools through HyperWorks training.
Altair is a long-established name in modelling, simulation and optimization software, with automotive and aerospace clients that include major global manufacturers. The centre channels that same tooling into structured training and consultancy for MCET students, staff, and outside participants.
