NIA Skill Foundation is the Skill Development Division of the Nachimuthu Industrial Association (NIA), a not-for-profit organization established in 1956 to promote industrial growth, technical education, entrepreneurship and community development.
Operating from the Dr. Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology (MCET) campus in Pollachi, the Foundation utilizes 20 Centres of Excellence and modern laboratories to deliver practical, technology-driven skill development programmes — implementing Government-sponsored and industry-led initiatives under the legal entity of NIA.
